About: You're invited to our Wednesday night dance class! We'll begin with a half-hour of "invitation" to awaken deeply to the miracle of The Dance. Then we'll have a blessed hour of free-form movement! In the “invitation” half hour different DJ’s will be our facilitators week to week. We have been inspired by his warm energy and deep presence in the dance. We cultivate an atmosphere of trust and mutual support as the DJ guides us through the process of connecting with ourselves and others, encouraging us to let our bodies unwind and soak in the healing medicine of the moment. 

DJ Dolphin Jen will be playing uplifting, soul-centered music of all different styles to facilitate integration and wholeness for all aspects of our evolving selves!
This is a sober and scent free event. We welcome sounds, but request no talking on the dance floor.  Please power "OFF" cell phones
