About DISCO ECSTATICO: Welcome to our "First Monday of the Month Club" where we invite a local vinyl DJ posse to come down and stage a takeover on our turntables and rock the ballroom with us!  Dancing to the best vinyl DJ's every Monday night in Oakland! We've found the most amazing historical 3rd-floor ballroom, directly above the East Entrance to the Downtown Oakland BART. 420 14th St. @ Broadway. Proper EAW 4-Corner Sound and a nice smooth hardwood floor for dancing with shoes on or off. (roller skates welcome!)

Our event is all-ages, alcohol-free, and we serve HOUSE BRAND KOMBUCHA on tap!

This month I'm delighted to welcome DJ STEPH and her pal JP. They host a monthly in East Oakland called In the Mix where I had the pleasure of spinning records a few months back. JP is also known as KUA - Kickdrum Undergound Audio. Steph has deep roots in the Bay Area house and techno undergound, and has been honing her mixing skills for years. Start your first week of 2016 off right with a high-vibe dance and have some kombucha and socialize a bit while your at it ;-)
