About: The DJ is the minister, the music is the sermon, the dancers are the congregation. Since 2001, a spiritual dance jam has occurred every Sunday morning in Santa Cruz, California. Other Dance Church sponsored events are offered periodically. Join the congregation.

Core Statement: Dance Church Mission: Dance Church creates sacred and safe containers to encourage physical and emotional healing, liberate individual expression and nourish community through dance.

Dress: This a scent free dance space similar to a yoga studio. Dancers are barefoot to soft-sole dance shoes. Wear comfortable clothes and bring plenty of water. There is no talking on the dance floor. Closing Circle at end of night. Transform your energy: rejoice, relax, release, recharge. A fun dance for healthy lifestyles!
