Dance:  Slower stretch warmup first half-hour, uptempo 9 - 10:30 PM, wind down 10-30 - 11:30 PM.

Space:  wooden suspended floor  - Safe free parking  

Musically:  local and national DJ’s playing the Ecstatic Dance style of music in a slow, medium, fast and wind down pattern.  
The scene:   great wood floor and high ceilings, at the Sawtooth building.  This is a scent-free barefoot or soft sole dance shoe event.  No talking on the floor.  Please commit to EMBODIED expression and let go of verbal communication.  Please power "OFF" cell phones.

Core statement:  Free Flowing Conscious Dance Community (Big Island Inspired) of Ecstatic Dancers - in San Francisco's East Bay.  This is a righteous community of Lovers of The Dance and Themselves. Please come join the party.
