Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay Freeform Dance Calendar for Free St yle, Free Form, Conscious, Ecstatic, Dance Jam, Barefoot, Boogie, Ecstatic and 5Rhythms Dances
Freeform Dancing: where each person has their own dance and moves with the room or with another person. The experience is individual in a group container. The Rules deal mainly with respecting personal space of yourself and others. There are no shoes, no talking, and no perfumes on the dance floor.
