  8:00pm-9:00pm Beginner Class  
  9:00pm-10:00pm Intermediate Class (If you’re new to dance, please take both.)  
  10:00pm-2:00am Social dancing
Cost:   $10 for the dance, $5 extra for each class.  
  Live Music: $15 for the dance. The first Friday of every month we offer live music.  
  Student Rate: $7 for the dance, $4 extra for each class
Location: Studio Gracia, 19 Heron St. in SOMA
Parking: Easily available on the street.
Public transit: A 10 minute walk from Civic Center BART

What to expect
Blues dancing is all about connection, musicality, partnership and having fun! It can range from sensual to sad to gritty to soulful and anything in between. Our DJs play a variety of vintage and modern blues music in many styles and tempos, suitable for many styles of blues dancing.

If you want to learn how to dance, we teach a few lessons beforehand that will get you started on the right foot.  Check the schedule to see what's coming up this Friday. 

Lessons
If you've never danced before, no worries! Our nationally-recognized instructors teach two lessons every week:

9 – 10  Level 1 Drop-In – No experience or partner required, and you don't need to register in advance—just show up! Bringing two left feet is highly encouraged.

8 – 9  Level 2 Progressive Series – One you've taken a few Level 1 classes, you're ready for Level 2.  Each lesson builds off the previous so we don't allow drop-ins after the first week.  Series start on the first Friday of every month.
