Liquid Soul Ecstatic Dance on ZOOM Friday Nights

Musically :  I consider this music to be a cut above Ecstatic for dancing.  Much more dance than meditation.  Every week is different by theme but varies widely throughout the night. Closing Circle.  Every Friday features a different facilitator/DJ, each with their own take on our always funky, R&B, soul based vibe. Music also follows the slow fast slow wave over the 60 minutes although it is always up to the DJ.   

The scene : Serious Dancers, Fun dancers, Usually 15+ dancers beginning to end with some nights hitting many more dancers. I consider this dance One of the best scenes and closest to the spirit of Ecstatic dances but much more variable on the music. 

Core statement : Dance into your wild and grounded heart, to find your ease in movement and the ever shifting impermanent dance of life.  Welcome all feelings, all needs, every inch of your precious self as it is in this moment. When things get this intense, the only real ground available is inside of you, in the flow of the field and of your connection with all things, which passes through you if you can open up and let it. Dance your way in to flow by embracing everything that blocks it!

Parking :  In your usual parking space right outside your door, but more like you special dance place.
