Open Floor Saturdays San Rafael Dance 

When:  Saturdays 9:30 - 11:30 AM   These events often sell out. To insure a spot on the dance floor, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Price:  $20 at the door; $5 for students under 18,  Book of 5 tickets - available for purchase online for $90. When purchasing online, please print the receipt and bring it to the event, and you can get your tickets there. Otherwise, we will mail them to you.

About:  This is a dance practice with minimal instruction, no experience required, for ages 13 and older. The teacher will play music that encourages you to move and dance in different ways. Just follow how your body wants to move - there are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. The music itself is the gateway to literally thousands of different movement landscapes. Like the body, music is alive and designed to catalyze the dancer’s unique movement expression in the moment. You are different every time you walk into the room, so is the group and so is your teacher. Therefore, each session holds completely varied possibilities.
